Getting to Jinja.
If you have two days to spare on your trip, the driver guide will come to your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe and drive you to Mabira via Jinja Road, passing through Mukono. If you are returning, however, this may not be possible. From Mabira, the next place is Lugazi where you’ll see large plantations of sugarcane on both sides. It takes about 2 hours to drive from Kampala to Jinja.
