The wonders of Serengeti National Park : The lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and Cape buffalo fall under this category. There are a number of locations where you can observe these animals, but Serengeti National Park is definitely one of the greatest. In the park, it’s usual to see elephants, buffalo, and lions, and they all prefer to spend their time outdoors.

The Kori bustard, secretary bird, usambiro barbet, yellow-throated sandgrouse, grey-crested helmet shrike, and Hildebrandt’s starling are some other Tanzania birding Safaris.
Annual Great Migration.
One of the most spectacular sights in Africa is the wildebeest’s annual migration. The path of the rains and the new grass are followed by around 1 million wildebeest, who are continually on the move. A large portion of their journey takes them across several ecosystems in the Serengeti. From January to March, they give birth on the southern short grass plains. They move up through the northern Serengeti after that, stopping in Kenya’s Maasai Mara for two months in September and October. The brief rains in November drive them back into the Serengeti to re-start the process. Not just the herds of wildebeest exhibit this behavior; zebra and gazelle herds also do.
The Best time to visit Serengeti National Park.
Although you should schedule your safari to coincide with The Great Migration, the best months to visit Serengeti National Park are January through February or June through September. For instance, the Southern Serengeti’s winter months are ideal for viewing the herd, whilst the summer and autumn are ideal times to visit the Western Corridor and Northern Serengeti. The majority of safari operators will be able to predict where and when the animals will travel, and most will modify their itineraries in response to the herd’s migration. The temperature is largely stable, with daytime highs hovering around 80 degrees. Due to its higher elevation, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area experiences milder weather. The wettest months are April and May, when many lodges and campers close for the slower season.
