Shompole Wilderness Tented Camp : Shompole wilderness tented camp is a mid- range accommodation found in the masaai community land ,in the hidden area, on the banks of ewaso ngi’ro river at the bottom of the Great Rift valley Southern part of Kenya in the shompole conservancy between Amboseli national park and the famous masaai mara national park Kenya region. The camp is 145km from Amboseli national park , 125km from the middle of Masaai mara national park and 100km from Nairobi city center, then 45 minutes to fly from Nairobi to the close ol-kiombo airstrip , 35 minutes ‘ drive to be transferred to the camp from the airstrip . The camp is convenient and business friendly for relaxation and safari adventure to tourists, travellers who want to explore the park with its beautiful view of the wilderness, wildlife and surrounding areas.
SHOMPOLE wilderness tented camp consists of over 5 fully furnished spacious and comfortable tents perfect for single, couple or family of 4 raised overlooking wilderness reflecting traditional building styles with modern comfort. Tents are well elevated on a raised platform, decorated and furnished with en-suite facilities of clean private flushing toilets, solar powered hot and cold showers, dressing tables, mosquito nets, work Decks, air conditioning ,Wooden Tables, free Toiletries, white duvets and soft linen beddings, Free bottled water in the tents to Mention But a few. The tents have sitting areas, Private verandas and vanity deck that give a better view over the wilderness, wildlife roaming around the camp since it’s not fenced and surrounding areas. Tents are equipped with comfortable clean linen beddings on queen sized beds. There is a fireplace at the lodge where guests relax and share stories about safaris; it also provides warmth to visitors during cold nights. The lodge offers rooms suitable for family as well as individuals with single bed, double beds/twin for sharing.

Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. The park contains over a million of animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos and 600 species of bird and 60 species of raptors in different colors. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti national park during July, August and October .The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek river.
