OLOLO LODGE
Ololo Lodge is a luxury safari lodge in Nairobi national park owned and run by an Australian family , the lodge was originally an old Kenyan homestead converted to a small lodge. Ololo safari Lodge is situated on the beautiful banks of the Mbagathi River which forms the southern border of Nairobi national park, the lodge is also situated in a 45- minute drive from the two main airports (Wislon airport and Jomo Kenyatta International Park).
Ololo Lodge is set on a 20 acre working farm Ololo which supplies fresh ingredients to the lodge, the lodge is a perfect accommodation to stay at in Nairobi national park and offer closeness to wildlife right at the door steop of your room

The tower room
The tower room at Ololo Lodge is located in a stone-clad tower with a balcony and a private rooftop terrace offering extensive views right across the park to the famous Ngong Hills in the west, the tower room is a contemporary suite. The suite is light, airy and furnished with pieces amazing furniture pieces made by the lodge’s clever fundi carpenters of the Ololo workshop.

The terrace room at Ololo Lodge is a spacious suite with a traditional living area featuring armchairs, an open fireplace, colonial furnishings, artworks, flowers freshly picked from the lodge’s garden and marble bathroom with a classic roll-top bath. The terrace suite has a private terrace with a cool and tranquil space for the guest’s relaxation and accommodates a romantic private dinner setting.

Tented cottages
Tented Cottages at Ololo Lodge are 3 in total, these cottages offer the lodge’s guest a bush experience while sleeping under a traditional Makuti thatch roof with canvas and stone walls. These cottages are nestled amongst the lodge’s gardens with spreading and shady acacia trees and consist of safari king-sized rooms and have private terraces overlooking Nairobi national park.
Each tent is self contained and consists of large comfortable beds, comfortable arm chairs and modern en-suite bathrooms. While staying in tented cottages you get to drift off to sleep to entertaining sounds of Africa including cough of a lion, singing birds and calls of monkeys and baboons.

The old stables
The old stables at Ololo Lodge is the original stone-walled stables of the Ololo farm and was once used as stables for the horses of the Ololo farm, the stables were transformed into a 7 comfortable and cozy rooms with average sized guest rooms of 17.6 square meters each with en-suite bathrooms. Each of these rooms is designed and furnished individually with more attention rendered to the historical details.
The old stable rooms have en-suite bathrooms and small pergola covered terraces overlooking the gardens at the front of the building, these charming rooms are ideal group or family guests with a wish to accommodate close to each other. These rooms can accommodate a baby cot but not an extra single bed.
The Family wing
The Family Wing at Ololo Lodge is a new addition to the lodge’s guest rooms overlooking Nairobi national park and the lodge’s gardens, the Family Wing features a private sunny stone terrace and potted leafy plants. The wing’s interior is light filled, relaxed and furnished with splendid piecesof Ololo’s handcrafted furniture.
The family Wing has a king sized bedroom upstairs in a cozy mezzanine area with a delightful en-suite bathroom and an old classic bath under Makuti thatch, down stairs there is a a rondaval shaped living area and its end there is a separate sleeping space for family with a second bathroom and kitchenette.
The Family Wing can accommodate 5 people and an extra bed can be added
