Bedouin camp samburu is a mid- range accommodation found on the western Border and edge of the famous Samburu Game Reserve Overlooking River Ewaso Nyiro , in the great Northern Frontier district of Kenya. The camp is set within 83,000 acres of green Landscape surrounded by the giant acacia trees and Palms on the white sand bank of Ewaso Nyiro River. You can be at the camp either by road taking about 350km (6hr drive from Nairobi to the lodge and 45- 50 minutes flight from Nairobi to the close airstrip then 7 minutes’ drive from airstrip to the lodge.
Bedouin Samburu camp consists of 8 elegant and luxury en suite tents overlooking Ewaso Nyiro River which reflects the traditional building style with and modern comfort All tents were well elevated, decorated and furnished with private facilities of Flush toilets, mosquito nets, hot and cold showers, free toiletries, complementary bottled water, white duvets, chairs and tables , hair driers and Many More Facilities .
All tents have large sitting areas and terraces, you relax while enjoying the stunning views over the river ewaso nyiro, distant hills and surrounding areas . Tents are equipped with excellent and comfortable clean and washed bedding. There is fire places at the camp where guests relax as they share stories about the safari, it also provides warmth to visitors during chilly nights. Rooms are in different sizes with single beds for individuals ,double /twin for sharing /couple and triple/ family rooming options with different cost ranging from 250$ per night and above ( note that high season rate is different to low season rate)

Samburu national park is among the less known parks and smallest park found in the northern part near Ewaso Ng’iro river in Kenya in Samburu country .The park occupies the total area of 165square kilometers and 345 km from Nairobi. Samburu country is found in the former rift valley of Kenya. The park is the home of various animals over 200 mammals like; Giraffes, Buffaloes , Elephants , Big cats, leopards, lions , zebras Warthogs , olive baboons etc and 390 species of birds which include; Sun birds , bee –eaters , sunbirds, Tawny Eagles , Grey headed kingfisher , Yellow-billed hornbill and many more birds.
