Detailed itinerary of 8 days Kenya safari and Beach Holiday
Day 1: Transfer in Nairobi and fly to Masai Mara
On your arrival in Nairobi at Jomo Kenyatta International airport, you will receive a warm meet and greet from our representative (safari-driver guide). Our safari-driver guide will give you a short Kenya safari briefing about the safari and drive to Wilson airport for your domestic flight to Masai Mara. On your arrival in Masai Mara you will be met by our representative and transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 : full day game drive in Masai Mara
Have early breakfast and head to the phenomenal Masai Mara national reserve for a full day game drive together with your packed lunch, Maasai Mara is one of the most iconic wildlife regions in Africa and the world and while on the full day game drive. you will excellent opportunities to spot some of the most notable wildlife species such as lions, cheetahs, elephants, leopards, cape buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, masai giraffe among others. In between the morning and afternoon game drive you will picnic lunch set along the banks of Mara river where you will enjoy watching a number of animals while feasting on your meals.

Day 3: hot air balloon safari and visit the locals
Wake up for a cup for coffee and head to reserve for an intimate hot air balloon safari, you will converge at the starting point where you will watch hot air balloons being inflated and prepared. You will climb into the balloon and the adventure starts as they the balloon ascends into the sky with the help of a pilot, this experience starts as early as 06:00 am so that you get to catch a glimpse of the spectacular sunrise on endless plains of Masai Mara. From the sly you will enjoy aerial views of animals in the reserve such as lions, leopards, elephant, the wildebeest migration and scenic views of the plains of the reserve. After the experience you will head back to your lodge for lunch and in the afternoon you will go for a visit in the local communities situated along the borders of the reserve. On this visit you will interact with the locals and learn more about their cultures and interesting stories, be entertained by cultural dances and drama, taste locally prepared meals, watch the making of beautiful crafts and purchase some of them.
After the experience you will head back to the lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 4 – Fly from Masai Mara to Diani Beach
After breakfast you will head to the reserve for a morning game drive, return to your lodge for lunch then be driven to the airstrip for your chartered domestic flight to Diani Beach. On your arrival in Diani Ukunda, you will be met by our representative and be driven to your hotel for an afternoon of relaxation, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 5 – Relax, explore and enjoy Diani Beach
You will have a full day of relaxation at Diani Beach, lounge on the pristine white sands and take a dip in the crystal clear blue waters. Alternatively you can do various water activities such as snorkeling, paddle boarding and kite surfing, you can also have a massage and other sumptuous beauty treatments your hotel’s Spa.

Day 6 – Diani Beach
Today is another day of exploring the beautiful Diani beach, the beach has some of the best restaurants and bars you can visit and enjoy various mouth watering meals and drinks. You can also go for deep sea fishing trips, horse riding on the beach, bike riding around town or go for golfing and tennis games.
Explore beautiful Diani and it’s surroundings. Diani has some great restaurants and bars to enjoy, and you can go on deep sea fishing trips, horse riding on the beach, bike riding around town, or have a round of golf or tennis. Visit the Colobus Trust dedicated to the conservation of the conservation of the endangered colobus monkeys in Diani or explore the Kaya Kinondo forest where you will learn about its cultural and spiritual significance to the Digo people.

Day 7 – Diani Beach
On this final day of your leisure at Diani Beach, if you are interested in exploring more you will visit Shimba Hills Reserve a beautiful destination with coastal rainforests, woodland and stunning waterfalls. This reserve is a home to the highest destiny in Kenya which you will enjoy watching, you will also spot mongoose, fruit bats, Sable antelope, an abundance of birdlife including Croaking Cisticola, Zanzibar Red Bishop and visit the breathtaking Sheldrick Falls.

Day 8 – Depart from Diani Beach
