Detailed itinerary of 6 Days Kenya – Tanzania Safari
Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Masai Mara
After breakfast at your hotel in Nairobi or upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative, your safari drive guide and embark on a journey to Masai Mara National Reserve. Along the way, you will have a stopover at the Rift Valley View Point for pictures and continue to the reserve arriving in time for lunch at your lodge after checking in.
In the afternoon you will go for a game drive exploring the reserve’s endless savannah plains and enjoying sights of various animals. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2-3: Full Day Masai Mara
Spend these two days exploring the endless plains of Masai Mara, have early breakfast and head to the reserve for a full day game drives. During the game drives, you will see several animals calling the endless savannah plains home such as lions, leopards, buffaloes, rhinos and elephants. Other animals to lookout for include giraffes, cheetahs, elands, warthogs and if you visit in a right time, you will witness the spectacular Wildebeest annual migration.
Optional Activities.
Hot air balloon Safari – this experience offers visitors an opportunity to float above the endless plains of Masai Mara and enjoy aerial views of the reserve and sights of animals. This activity starts early in the morning at 05:00 am, sets off at sunrise giving you an opportunity to catch sight of the colorful sky, lasting for one hour and ends with bush Champaigne breakfast.
Masai Village Experience – visit the fascinating Masai People, this activity offers you a chance to learn about their traditions as well as culture. You will be entertained by local dances and drama, have a taste of local meals and take part in livestock rearing.

Day 4: Transfer to Serengeti national park
Have an early breakfast at your lodge, checkout and embark on a journey to Serengeti National Park with en-route game drive. Continue to the Isebania border where you will clear with the authorities, meet your Tanzania guide and vehicle and continue to Serengeti National Park with en-route game drive in the open plains. Check in at the lodge, relax as you wait for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Full day in Serengeti and transfer to Ngorongoro Crater
Have an early breakfast and head to the plains of Serengeti National Park for a full day of exploring, during the game drives you will see numerous wildlife species such as wildebeests, lions, leopards, buffaloes, cheetahs, rhinos, giraffes, impalas, kobs and a variety of bird species.
You will enjoy lunch at your lodge, checkout of your lodge and go for an afternoon game drive en-route to Ngorongoro crater. On arrival, you will have drive across the rim of the crater, head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Drive and transfer to Arusha
Wake up early for breakfast, descend to the crater floor for a morning game drive enjoying sights of various animals including large prides of lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, African wild dogs, cheetahs, elands among others. You will visit Lake Magadi in the corner of the crater for sights of flamingoes and many other birds.
Head to your lodge for lunch, check out of your lodge and embark on a journey to Arusha. You will be dropped off either at your hotel or at the airport for your flight back home.
