Detailed itinerary of 6 Days Kenya – Tanzania Luxury Safari
Day 1: Fly to Masai Mara, Game Drive
To start your 6 Days Kenya – Tanzania Luxury Safari, you will be picked from your hotel in Nairobi after breakfast or from the airport upon arrival by our representative. Transfer you to Wilson Airport for your morning flight to Masai Mara.
The flight is approximately 1 hour and upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari-driver guide and embark on a game drive as you head to your lodge for check-in and lunch. In the evening you will go for you’re a game drive in search for the African Big Five like lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, buffaloes and other game. Return to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight stay

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara game reserve, Maasai Cultural Tour
Enjoy breakfast and head to the reserve for a full day game drive with your packed lunch. On this day you will do morning and afternoon game drives with picnic lunch, the game drives give you a chance to explore the endless plains of Masai Mara and see several animals including elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, zebras, wildebeests among others. If you visit in the right time of the Migration, you will witness The Mara River Crossing.
In the evening, you will head to the Maasai Village for a cultural experience. You will be entertained by local dances and drama, interact with the locals and take part in livestock herding.

Day 3: Transfer from Masai Mara to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will checkout of the lodge and be transferred to the airstrip for your domestic flight to Serengeti National Park. Upon landing, you will be welcomed by our Tanzania guide and head to your lodge for lunch with en-route game drive.
In the afternoon, you will have your first full game drive in the Serengeti plains. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day exploring Serengeti National Park with picnic lunch.
Enjoy a big game around Seronera River, expect to see several animals including lions, Thomson gazelles, topi, ostriches and cheetahs among others. After the game drive, you will proceed to the Visitor Centre where we will have our lunch, there is a Tourist Information Centre offering some interesting wildlife displays as well as a gift shop selling information leaflets and maps of the area. The shop also has refreshment area.
In the evening, you will go for a game drive to the Kopjes – the weathered granite outcrops, scattered around the plains, providing shade and drinking water in the pools left in the rock after the rains. The Kopjes are good hunting grounds for lions especially in dry seasons where most wildlife come to have a dip and drink up. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Olduvai Gorge Visit, Optional Crater Rim Walk
Enjoy breakfast, checkout of your lodge and embark on a journey to Ngorongoro Conservation Area while enjoying en-route game viewing experience with your packed lunch. You will have a visit at the Olduvai Gorge for a chance to learn about the early life of man and findings by Dr. Mary and Louis Leakey.
Proceed through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area while enjoying game viewing as well as spot the local Maasai people freely moving within the conservancy and the wildlife. Proceed to the lodge, check in and spend the rest of the day relaxing as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Drive, Departure to Nairobi
After breakfast at the lodge, you will head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a morning game drive. Descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife for a half’s day safari tour. Supported by year-round water supply and fodder, Ngorongoro Crater supports a vast variety of animals which include herds of wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos and giant Africa elephants. There is also a dense population of predators, which include lions, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot.
You will also visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the Southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually have been seen here. After the experience, you will head to the airstrip for your flight back to Arusha Airport. Here you will be picked up by our guide and be transferred to airport to catch your flight back home.
