Detailed itinerary of 5 Days Tanzania Safari
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Serengeti National Park
Your personal guide will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Serengeti National Park located in the northern part of Tanzania. It is a drive of approximately 5 hours through the country side of Tanzania, arrive in the time for lunch at your lodge. Later in the afternoon you will go for an afternoon. Expect to see various wildlife species such as zebras, lions, elephants, giraffes, elands, impalas among others.

Day 2&3: Full day in Serengeti National Park
You will start your day with breakfast at your lodge in Serengeti national park as you prepare for your morning game drive. You will also enjoy seeing a variety of wildlife species which are very active during the morning and can be seen grazing around the national park.
After your morning game drive, you will have lunch and later engage in another game drive and enjoy looking out for wildlife species grazing in the open savannah of Serengeti national park like elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, impalas, gazelles, buffalos, elands, antelopes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos among others. You will have dinner and overnight at Ikoma Tented Camp

Day 4: transfer to Ngorongoro Crater
After early breakfast you will checkout of your lodge and transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area comprising of Ngorongoro Crater – the 8th wonder of the world. Ngorongoro Crater – the largest intact crater in the world and is said to have collapsed in on itself 2-3 million years ago.
You will head to your lodge for lunch and in the afternoon you will descend to the crater’s floor for a game viewing experience, during the experience you will be able to spot many animals such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, elands, warthogs, Masai giraffes, warthogs, hyenas among others. You will also visit Lake Magadi for sights of pink flamingoes, in the evening you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast at your lodge, you will embark on a journey back to Arusha where you will be dropped off marking the end of the safari.
