Detailed itinerary of 4 days Tsavo East and Tsavo West safari
Day 1: Mombasa to Tsavo West
Start of your safari, you will be picked from your hotel early in the morning after breakfast and embark on a journey to Tsavo West through Mombasa – Nairobi Highway. When you arrive in the park you will embark on a game drive as you head to your lodge for lunch and check in, after lunch you will return to the park for an afternoon game drive. During the game drive you will be able to enjoy the scenic landscape and spot a number of animals such as leopards, elephants, lions, warthogs, dik-dik, rhinos and several bird species. In the evening you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: full day game drive
After breakfast, you will head to the park with your packed lunch for a full day game drive in the plains of Tsavo West national park, during the game drives you will be able to explore the park, visit the Mzima Springs where you will be able to see hippos and Nile crocodiles in the clear waters. You will also be able to spot several animal including leopards, cheetahs, wild dogs, buffaloes, rhinos, giraffes, mongooses, hyrax, dik-dik, lesser kudu among others. The game drive will go on till evening then return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Tsavo West to Tsavo East
After breakfast you will checkout of your lodge and go for an en-route game drive heading to Tsavo East national park which is separated from Tsavo West national park by a railway line. When arrive in Tsavo East, you will have en-route game drive as you head to the lodge for lunch, after checking in and having lunch you will head to the park for an afternoon game drive on which you will be able to explore the park and spot various animals such as red elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, leopards, waterbucks, lesser kudus, gerenuk and over 500 bird species. In the evening you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Tsavo East to Mombasa
Have morning breakfast, checkout of the lodge and head to the park for enroute game drive as you exit heading back to Mombasa. You will be dropped at your preferred location in Mombasa or at your hotel.
