DETAILED ITINERARY OF 3 DAYS TANZANIA SAFARI TO LAKE MANYARA AND NGORONGORO
Day 1: Transfer from Arusha to Lake Manyara
You will meet with your safari – driver guide at your hotel in Arusha town then give you a short safari briefing and drive to Lake Manyara national park which is approximately 130 kilometers. You are to arrive in the park in time for lunch which you will have after checking into your lodge then head to the park for an afternoon game drive and visiting Lake Manyara the highlight of the park. Lake Manyara is a shallow soda lake covering two thirds of Lake Manyara national park and is found at the foothills of the Great Rift Valley’s western Escarpments. On the game drive you will watch many animals such as elephants, tree climbing lions, zebras, warthogs and lots of flamingoes at the shores of Lake Manyara. After the experience you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2: Transfer from Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Crater
Have breakfast at your lodge then start on a journey heading to Ngorongoro crater, the world’s largest intact crater. Ngorongoro crater is protected by Ngorongoro conservation area a certified UNESCO World Heritage Site, the crater is densely populated with many animals such as elands, warthogs, jackals, cheetahs, hyenas, elusive leopard, lions, rhinos, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, elands, wildebeests and many more. When you arrive in the conservation area you will go for a game drive, enjoy picnic lunch set any of the scenically amazing picnic sites, then go for an afternoon game drive on the crater floor. In the evening at the end of the experience you will head to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 3: Transfer from Ngorongoro to Arusha
Have breakfast at your lodge and descend to the crater floor for a morning game drive searching for many animals such as lions, cheetahs, African wild dogs, buffaloes, rhinos, elephants and many more. After the game drive you will head back to your lodge for lunch then checkout and embark on a journey back to Arusha. In Arusha you will be dropped off either at your lodge or at the airport for your departure flight back home.
