DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Pick up from Kigali and transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Kigali to Volcanoes national park: On your arrival in Kigali at Kigali international Airport you will be picked up by your safari driver-guide then be transferred to Kigali city, Rwanda’s capital city for a city visiting various genocide memorial sites, art galleries and many other beautiful sites.
Later you will embark on a journey to Volcanoes national park, check into your lodge on you arrive, have dinner and stay overnight. This marks the end of your 1st day of 3 days Rwanda Gorilla trekking safari Tour.

Day 2: Rwanda Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes national park
Rwanda Gorilla trekking: Have early breakfast at your lodge on the 2nd day of 3 days Rwanda Gorilla trekking safari, then head to volcanoes national park for a mountain gorilla trekking experience, before the experience begins you will undergo a briefing sessions where rules and regulations will be read to you. Then be assigned a gorilla group to trek then head into the thick forests of volcanoes national park, as you trek through the forests on this thrilling experience you will enjoy amazing views of the Virunga volcanoes, various species of birds and the beautiful flora species. When you find the mountain gorillas you spend one hour in the presence of these gentle creatures, watch them take amazing pictures as long as your flash light is off and many more. After this breathtaking and lifetime experience, exit the habitat of Mountain gorillas and then head back to your lodge for late lunch. In the evening you may choose either to have a community tour to the Ibyiwacu Cultural village which offers the best of Rwanda culture including music, dance and drama, store telling and many more. Alternatively, you may opt for a guide walk to explore the twin lakes of Burela and Ruhondo. Whichever activity you choose, remember to return to your lodge for dinner and overnight sleep as above.

Day 3: Return to Kigali for Kigali city tour and departure
Return to Kigali: After enjoying breakfast at your lodge on the last day of your 3 days Rwanda Gorilla trekking safari tour, you will checkout and transfer to Kigali city where you will have an optional city tour visiting places like markets, hand craft shops, national museums and many more. Later have lunch and then be dropped off either at your hotel or the airport for your departure flight back home after your Rwanda Safari. This marks the end of your 3 days Rwanda gorilla trekking adventure.
