Detailed itinerary of 10 days Kenya wildlife safaris
DAY 1: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
After having breakfast at your hotel in Nairobi you will checkout and depart for Amboseli national park a remarkable Kenya safari destination most famous for its stunning views of Africa’s highest mountain – Mount Kilimanjaro and large herds of elephants. Amboseli national park offers excellent photographic opportunities of the wildlife and the stunning backdrop of the snowcapped mountain.
Arrive in the park in afternoon, have lunch at your lodge and then head to the park for a game drive on which you will get to see a number of animals such as elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, antelopes, giraffes, cheetahs and many more. in the evening you will return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

DAY 2 – FULL DAY IN AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
Wake up for early morning breakfast and head to the park for a morning game drive enjoying unforgettable sunrise and a game drive on which you will watch predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, African wild dogs, hyenas prowling the cooler morning air. You will also enjoy the stunning panorama of Mount Kilimanjaro and large herds of elephants, after the morning game drive you will head back to your lodge and after lunch you will return again for another game drive. In the evening you return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.
DAY 3 – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK – OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY
Have morning breakfast, checkout of your lodge and head to the park for en-route game drive as you exit the park heading to Ol Pejeta Conservancy also known as Sweet Waters, this drive takes you back to the bustling Nairobi and through the beautiful farm country of Kiyuku bringing you to the foothills of Mount Kenya – the highest mountain in Kenya.
Have en-route lunch and when you arrive in conservancy, you will check into your lodge and in the evening you will go for a game drive. Later return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

DAY 4: OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY – SAMBURU GAME RESERVE
Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a famous Kenya wildlife destination famous for the big 5 and it is the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, the conservancy is a home to a variety of animals such as black rhino, lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs and many more which you will enjoy encountering during the game drive. Return to your lodge for lunch, then checkout and set off on a journey to Samburu game reserve a thrilling Kenya safari destination famous for its unique landscape and the Samburu special 5 including the Somali Ostrich, reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx and long necked gerenuk.
Arrive in the reserve and go for an evening game drive enjoying a variety of wildlife, return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

DAY 5 – FULL DAY IN SAMBURU GAME RESERVE
Have breakfast and head to the reserve for a full day of exploring, Samburu national reserve is a habitat to a diverse wildlife such as leopards, lions, cheetahs, hippos, olive baboon, impala, waterbuck, Grant’s gazelles, antelopes, hyenas and many more. These animals are seen clustered close to the banks of Ewaso Ng’iro River. The reserve is also a good birding habitat with over 350 bird species such as grey headed kingfisher, sunbirds, bee eaters, tawny wangle, Verreaux’s eagle, vulturine guineafowl, yellow-necked spurfowls and many more.
You will have picnic lunch then go for another game drive, in the evening you will return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

DAY 6: SAMBURU GAME RESERVE – LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast you will set off on your drive to Lake Nakuru national park situated in the Great Rift Valley, the park consists of Lake Nakuru famous for pink flamingoes congregating at the shores of the lake and the park is famous for hosting large population of black and white rhinos found in the rhino sanctuary found in the park.

DAY 7: LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK – LAKE BOGORIA – LAKE NAIVASHA
After breakfast you will checkout of your lodge and head out for a full day of exploration visiting the hot springs and geysers of Lake Bogoria of Lake Bogoria, the lake is a home to about 2 million flamingoes and a local spa with hot springs and a swimming pools where you can get to relax.
After lunch you will head to Lake Naivasha another beautiful lake for a boat ride, the lake is a resident for hippos, crocodiles and many birds such as pink lesser and greater flamingoes, cormorants, pelicans, herons among others. In the evening you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

DAY 8 – LAKE NAIVASHA – MAASAI MARA
After breakfast you will depart from Lake Naivasha and drive south heading to Maasai Mara national reserve the most famous Kenya wildlife destination , the reserve hosts to famous annual wildebeest migration in each over 1.7 million wildebeests and thousands of zebras, antelopes and gazelles cross the Mara river into the plains of Maasai Mara.
Arrive in the time for lunch at your lodge and in the afternoon you will head to the reserve for a game drive watching a variety of animals such as lions, leopards, giraffes, hyenas, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, antelopes among others. After the experience, you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

DAY 9: FULL DAY IN MAASAI MARA
Wake up early for a cup of coffee and head to the reserve for a magnificent sunrise over the savannah plains, morning game drive offers sights of predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas and many early risers. After the game drive you will return to the lodge for late breakfast and lounge around as you wait for lunch, in the afternoon you will go for another game drive exploring the reserve more. Later in the evening you will return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

DAY TEN – MAASAI MARA – NAIROBI
After breakfast at your lodge, you will checkout and drive back to Nairobi for a drop off either at your hotel or at the airport for your departure flight back home.
